MSG
What can I say, it's msg. Medium sized crystals, makes many dishes better. Dispenses a little poorly on the small side but the container alone is nice to have. Certainly an absurd amount, the correct amount. Great value.

Timely Delivery and Excellent Price
I switched from Accent to this product and wish I had a long time ago. I love it for the tenderization and the flavor enhancement. If you use Accent you are over paying and likely to encounter long delivery times. Make the switch!

Cap was fused to the container
The product itself is good, but it is a bit hard to use. The cap had fused to the container, so I had to poke holes through the safety seal in order to even use it. It is a bit inconvenient to use, but I have been happy enough with the product itself.

It's MSG
What can you say about MSG. In moderation it's a fantastic flavor enhancer.

Just as in picture.
Did not expect it to be so heavy, but I was pleasantly surprised by the weight and the amount in the bottle. I will purchase again. Excellent quality and value for the money.

Great for fried chicken
I came across a copycat recipe for KFC that listed a bunch of herbs and spices to mix with flour - and it was close but something was missing. I kept looking around and read an article that mentioned that in their trials of the recipe it only came out right when they added a pinch of MSG. So I bought a small bottle and they were right! But that small bottle was about $6 locally!I've since found a few other uses for MSG - after thinking my whole life that is bad for you! (It's not, unless you're allergic to it.) So when replacing that bottle, after quite awhile, I shopped around and this is a much better value.
