MindWare Mosaic Magna Patterns

This is great. I had one of these (not sure if same company or not) and it just came with a flimsy piece of magnet to put the tiles on. This comes with a great little wooden easel!I like lining things up. I like patterns. THIS is perfect! Couldn't ask for more and it arrived fast.The only drawback is the tiles are so tiny you have to make sure you are not losing them. They fall on the floor pretty easy and are sometimes not easy to spot

I bought this for my six year old, which i'd say is the minimum age to use this as intended. The pieces are tinier than I thought they'd be, about 1/4" each, so manual dexterity is required. it's a very tight design pattern, so very easy to affect the other pieces when you are putting it together. But aside from that, they have a lot of fun making the designs.

I bought this for my soon to be 7 yr old, and she struggles to get the pieces on correctly or in lines. My older teen boys enjoyed it, but again the pieces are just almost too small. If they were a little larger I think my children would truly have enjoyed it. They liked it, most of their friends sat down to try it, but because the tiles are sooooo small, they only did a small amount before leaving it behind.Also, there are pre-pattered clear plastic sheets inside which are nice. But it would also have been nice to get a clear plain sheet that could be used as well, so removing the tiny magnets from the board was as simple as lifting the sheet and creating distance between magnet and board so they all come off at once.

Regrettably, probably the worst product we purchased from Amazon. The tiles are unbelievably small and do not match up with the diagram. If we did not open the packaging we would have return this item in a heartbeat.

Bought this as a present for a kindergartener who loves mosaics and has graduated from the sticker kind and really likes intricate patterns, but despite what other reviews said found this to be too fiddily and dull for her. The mosaics themselves are indeed small, but it's very hard to keep them organized too. Wish I had tried other magnetic mosaics instead. My daughter has put it away and quickly forgotten it, and at the price I paid (over twenty dollars) it feels like a waste.

I bought this for my son for his birthday. I opened it for us to work on together and we both found it so relaxing!! It has the same effect as the coloring books everyone is doing. We didn't expect that, but we love it. Now we use it as a calming tool for after school when he needs a break. It comes with patterns to follow but we like doing our own. I has alot of colors included.

A really cool set of magnetic mosaic patterns. It has a lot of small to tiny pieces. I feel it could help build concentration and patience while filling in the patterns with the magnetic pieces to see what forms.

We have had so much fun with this product. You can make intricate or simply designs. The pieces are nicely colored and not at all inexpensive looking. I recommend it!
