Q: will this fit a 10 ga extension cord?

The Twist and Seal site says this can handle up to 10 gauge.

Q: Do they sell only one

I only saw a pack of two….these don’t work well for oversized 220v plus and wire

Q: would this keep cords from pulling apart

I have 2 of them.. and they had never pulled apart.. The cords are put into the case and if put together tight, I would think that they should not pull apart. I have mine on the ground, not hanging on fence, etc. Hope this helps.
