Cisco CCNA R&S Advanced Lab Kit - 200-125 Routing & Switching Certification

Everything was great.

The media could not be loaded.  It shipped fast and the packaging was very professional. The painting was decent but unfortunately they wrapped one switch up before the paint cured so it just came off when I unwrapped it. They say they lubricated the fans and test everything before shipping but one of my switches the fan doesn't work at all and the other is so loud it's obvious something is wrong with it. I live in an apartment and my neighbor wanted to know what the heck I was running last night because he could hear it through the walls so clearly that was not tested recently. I really do not think those problems happened during shipping. The cords, patch cables, serial cables were all nicely packed. The rack this unit came with is nice. I just started using the online videos by Chris Bryant and it is pretty nice because you can actually download all his videos once they give you access to it which is a nice feature.My single, biggest gripe about this kit is Certification Training Solutions’ customer service. It's the worst service I have had in at least a decade, no joke. I have sent about 10 emails to them over a week span and received 1 response. They claimed they sent me multiple email responses and asked me to check my junk mail but I haven't received anything from them. I am going to contact Amazon as well to see if Amazon is to blame for this and if they are then I will come back and correct this. I am worried that getting an RMA completed with these guys for the 2 bad switches is going to be like pulling teeth and for the money that I spent on this kit that should definitely not be the case. I will update this review accordingly but I wanted to give a potential buyer my experience so far. I attached a video to show that not one but both of the 2950 switches they sent me are not functioning properly.
