I did the math on how many inches around my cage I would need, and measured it against what was listed, but it was just a bit too small when it arrived. Definitely size up, the elastic will hold it to the cage if it's bigger than what you need. I use it for my rabbit cage, so he doesn't throw bedding all over the room, and it works like a charm!

Whomever created this is a genius! I wish we had this when I was young because our ten parakeets and 2 parrots made such a huge mess that this would have been a great help. Even my Mom said, " I wish I had that when we had the birds." Granted, I only have 2 Parakeets right now, but it still helps immensely to catch the feathers and seeds. I would recommend to any birdie parent or one thinking about becoming one.

wish the bottom were enclosed or fit snugger

I have been using this product for a few months now. It has definitely helped with keeping seeds and feathers in the birds cage. I would purchase again.

The cage skirt was as described and fit cage, but I can't use it because my budgie's nails get caught in it. I had to remove it same day I put it on his cage .

Funny it's cheap it's flimsy it's rips if you hit too sharp of a corner on the cage it rips really easily just make your own or something
