Actually, I did a big research in finding a cost effective chimney for my home... I have decided to buy a 3D chimney with a glass hood and with a suction power of 1000+...This Felixe chimney attracted me in all aspects I was looking for... I have been using it for one week... smooth working... Not much noise...it does the chimney work very well... I am so happy for buying it... customer service is also good... I will recommend this to all my close contacts...it is really much worthy for the money I spent...

I ordered 2 chimey on 18/07/2019.At the time of my order the price was Rs 6999/-.The item was delivered on 22/07/2019.On 19/07/2019 i.e on the next day of my order the price was dropped by Rs.200/-.and available at a price of Rs. 6799/-.So I am very much unhappy for losing Rs.400/- (for two chimney).Installed today by the company at a cost of Rs600/-.Customer care service is 5 star service with nice behavior.Suction power is good. Over all the products is of standard quality. After using for reasonable time the product can be reviewed finally.

=After raising the complain, They dispatch New Chimney Motor But it is surprised that this New one is not working on Third Speed control ????Do es not they check properly before dispatching whether it is working properly or not ????Waist of time and energy

Today I opened the sealed packed to check the product but unfortunately it was glass was broken and I am unable get it installed till date.But on my complaints to company, today 28 Jan 2020, I confirmed and appreciate the response of M/s Warah Appliances from whom the Felice Chimney was bought . Today I received the new chimney in replace of broken one efficiently and free of cost. Except courier charges. The product is really good one and cost effective.

Installation not done even after one week of delivery. Planning to return product

The product is good , works well. The noise level is low. The only draw back is the aluminium hose , which is of low quality, it got separated for two places in two weeks. The manufacturer should charge and provide good quality duct.Still the product is good and is value for money.

Good product at this price range. Glass look will give premium class. Although the material used was not Stainless steel. Delivered in 3 days and installation done in 24hrs. Lets hope for a good product.

I am pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer support provided for the product. I had this purchased and installed by the person and was working for some time. But after about 8 months, had an issue for which I was seeking support. Got excellent response and support from the people to fix the issue. Appreciate and want to acknowledge with this review.
