Beautiful tub faucet. I can’t wait to install this!

We're in the midst of a major DIY renovation that included replacing all plumbing and adding bathrooms. We used Delta for our shower fixtures due to the ease of use of their multi-function rough in valve, but the price of fixtures was difficult to swallow. When it was time to purchase a freestanding tub filler, we simply couldn't justify $700+ for Delta or Kohler, so we took a chance on this one and we're happy we did. The quality is on par with Delta without the hassle of a rough in block for the filler. The foot for this is sturdy enough to support the filler without any special framing in the joist bay (looking at you Kohler).The supply lines that came with it are quality, braided lines, but at 30.25", were too long to work with our plumbing stub out and fit beneath the support foot for the decorative cap. Customer service was great and quick to get us a custom set of 26.5" hoses. Note: the support foot stands about 2" off the floor and the tube that connects the faucet to the foot is 25.5", so the hose protrudes through the foot by about 3-3.5". There is no room in the tube for the hose excess to be shoved up in there, so If your plumbing lines are not recessed, you will need custom hoses.As an added bonus, we used the money we saved on this to buy our shower trim kits! Would recommend.

I am really picky. Wanted something that was made with real metal. No plastic nonsense. This product by far exceeds my expectations. That water flow is amazing. The handheld is so convenient and works far better than I imagined. We just had a remodel done and this just makes the entire look complete. If you’re looking to buy something that looks expensive but is at a moderate price, this is it.

Tub filler looks and feels very good quality. Considering the big brands like Kohler / Moen / Delta are for some reason all over $1000, this is a bargain.

Quality product with fast delivery. Faucet supply lines are about 3” longer to accommodate subfloor but don’t work with slab installations. Customer service was great providing shorter lines that work with my application.

This tub filler has been a great buy for us. It was 1/3rd the price of the "name" brands and delivers equal or better performance, appearance and ease of installation. The supple lines were too short (not their fault) but they custom made and shipped me new ones within a week. I highly recommend this filler

So incredibly happy with our new tub filler. Our plumber did run into some challenges with installation, but contacted Ling in customer service, who was AMAZING. She answered our call on her day off and was quick to offer solutions. She sent exactly what was needed to make our new tub filler work like a charm. Our plumber had wanted us to buy one of the big name brand fillers which were much more expensive, but didn’t have as good of reviews. Decided to order this tub filler after much research, and so glad we did. It’s beautiful, good quality, and a great value for the money. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice.
