Anything from Bodyrock is excellent quality. This vest challenges me at the right level. I use it during all plyometric moves as well as weightlifting moves. I love my vest.

This really is a great addition to increase weight while walking. I also wear it when do stationary weight lifting using dumbells

My heart rate speed up quick using it for my cardio workout the only con is kind of loose for my body otherwise is great quality

Doesn’t fit properly. Won’t adjust so that it is snug on my body. I’m very fit for a woman and I’m not sure how much larger my upper body would need to be to make this vest fit but I don’t think I’ll ever find out!

I'm in recovery for my hip this has helped me so much after all army bags are heavy this helped the transition ... so far mine has no tips and tears and I'm pretty rough on it
