It's Fun to Draw Fairies and Mermaids Paperback – March 1, 2013

My middle daughter wanted a learn to draw book like her big sister. She wanted a mermaid one and when I found this, I was hoping it would be a little less complicated than my 10 year old's, since my middle is 6.This book is PERFECT. Very easy to follow and my daughter loves it! Very happy with this book.

We bought some for our girls and it has helped them improve their drawing. Even when the book isn’t around they remember what they’ve learned so I say get it.

My kids are into these drawing books right now and this series is great for younger children. My four year old daughter has fun with it, although she'll probably be much better following the directions in another year or so. Obviously it's a book about mermaids, so I can't be upset, but a few of the drawings are a little under dressed for our family.

Gave it to a little girl who loves to draw and she was thrilled. It has helped her get better at her art and made her very happy.

I wanted something simple to work with, partly for me and partly for the grandkds. It was pretty much geared to girls, but my grandson had fun drawing the little crab guy. My 7 year old granddaughter really had fun drawing the mermaid, and I'm hoping this will help open the door for her to enjoy art. Apparently they don't do a lot of art in her school.As an extra note, I liked it well enough to order two more of his books. :)

This is enjoyed by an 8 year old, she loves it.

Not as well-received by my daughter as I thought it would be. She likes to draw so I thought she would love this. No real complaint, but not something that gets used much.
