I bought these for my wife who is going through the hot-flush stage of her life. They were replacements for an older one which was looking a bit tired.She swears by them and if you hold them in the morning after she has used them, it's amazing quite how much heat they absorb from you.My wife also has a foot injury at the moment which tends to ache when in bed and she has been using the mat successfully to help reduce this and is sleeping much better.Highly recommended.

It was a bit hard under head but I put it under pillow and it worked by drawing heat away from head and I was kept much cooler. Definitely worth the cost.

Suffer from hot flashes and these mats save my life each time. Shame they don’t do full body size. Cools me down straight away. The mat does absorb your body heat so does not stay cold for long hence why I have two so I can swap them until my body cools down. Thank you seller.

Cool for about an hour then gets warm, not very comfortable

I always wake up with wet hair in the summer especially as I am a woman of heat producing years! With the very hot weather recently and the very humid nights, I found that it was lovely to put my head on a cool pillow. For ultimate effect I slipped the pad inside the pillowcase but on top of the pillow. On cooler nights I turn the pillow over so the pad is at the bottom but the cool effect still comes through but in a more subtle way. I have also used the pad on my back to help ease an ongoing long term back problem which it did help. Plus I no longer wake up with wet hair, and I find I get to sleep faster now. It's great.

Great product. It keeps my head and neck cool at night.My only gripe is that it moves around while inside the pillowcase and when I wake up it has slipped down the pillow. An improvement would be if the pad could somehow be fixed in place 😊

Too hot in bed so put on pillow to cool me down - also fabulous when I had a sore neck wrapped it round - always cold no need to put in fridge. Great buy delighted with it - advised my doctor how good is was too & ended up buying him one too!!

I suffer with night sweats so am constantly swapping my pillow around during the night to the cool side. I received mixed feedback from friends about using one of these but thought I'd give it a go myself.I use a feather pillow so manipulate it into the shape I want for comfort. I find the edges of the cool pad are a little bit uncomfortable, so have to adjust my pillow but yes, it's cool and that's nice and i would say it has helped a little with the night sweats.Would I recommend it - on the whole yes.

all'inizio la sensazione di fresco è alta e piacevole il problema è che si scalda molto in fretta. tempo 10 minuti ed è caldo. usato con il cuscino per dormire

D'impatto questo cuscinetto sempre risolvere tutti i problemi di caldo...è subito molto fresco, peccato che però l'effetto duri molto poco... probabilmente dipende anche dal fatto che fa davvero molto caldo in questo periodo.. e dopo 10-15 minuti l'idea di fresco è già svanita..peccato.
