GoFit Unisex Thermal Sweat Suit - S/M

I am not sure what to think about the negative reviews for this. I had low expectations based on the bad reviews but was happily surprised.First, let me explain my usage & reason for buying this. I am overweight (240 lbs) for my size (5'9") but I am active & practice Kendo (japanese martial arts) on a regular basis. I seem to never break a good sweat when I run a mile or 2 on my elliptical. That is where this comes in. I have only used it 3 times so far (for a mile each time) & WOW does it make you sweat! It smells a little funky right out of the package... almost like a new blow-up pool raft....its plastic... I put it on carefully... do not put it on over shoes... If so, I could see it might tear. Also, remove any jewelry or zippers on clothing that might get snagged. As for cleaning, when I am done, I simply reverse it inside-out when removing it... air dry it... or fill a bath tub with some mild dish soap & gently wash it & hang it to air dry. I can see how it would be dangerous to use regularly or for extended time periods.... maybe if you have a multi-million dollar UFC fight coming up. idk. Either way, do NOT let the negative reviews discourage you. This has been a great product that works exactly as intended if you use it properly. If you are taller and/or bigger than me, it may not fit. If you are smaller, it would still work.note: i paid regular price. i never get offers for free products to review. :(

I love this product. I brought it for the purpose of me trying to lose weight. I tried it out for the first time today and wow how it made me sweat. I mean I was dripping in my socks while on the machine.

I swear by this suit! I wear the jacket and come out drenched. Since I’ve been using this jacket. I’m down 20lbs. Overall weight loss down 30lbs! Easy to clean! No odor!

if you are careful knowing that it is plastic and can tear you can get quite a bit of mileage out of this set. i got careless with the first set and had to buy a second for the bottoms. they served a great purpose. i lost 40 lbs and have retired mine. In fact i've made a lifestyle change and no longer eat bleached foodstuffs i.e. white rice; bread; pasta; flour and have kept it off and continue to lose. my metabolism has increased too. so i'll be taking the pieces to the thrift store for donation on my next visit.

Some of the reviews were mixed, but I am happy I ordered! Weight 175-180 5’3 cup size C ordered a Small/medium. which was perfect baggy in the rite places! I didn’t have any problem with putting it on or taking it off. Before trying it on I washed and hanged the item outside. After drying I put it on with shorts and tank top under. I went for my run a short 1 mile. I really just wanted to see if it would tear & it didn’t! Now I know I can go on my 5 mile run! When I got home I was dripping sweat!! This product does work, I’ve only used it ones so can’t say if it works for weight lost but it does make you sweat! It’s super easy to wash and drys quick, great product!

This will have you sweating and will help you burn more calories in your goal of losing weight. Make sure you have water with you because your body will heat up! Also, when you take this off, the air will cause your clothing, which will be soaking with sweat, to be cold.Your clothing will be so sweaty hat it’ll look like you just got out of the pool. I highly recommend this.

This training suit does make you sweat a ton if you are exercising but it is also very loud since its made of plastic or plastic like material (think big black garbage bag). The elastic on the neck is really annoying because it rubs up against my neck causing some irritation. I think ill wait until the winter to wear it with some underarmour turtle necks that way the plastic wont be rubbing or chocking my neck.

This suit was perfect the first day I wore it, and I felt like it was a decent quality for the low cost & some reviews said they were happy with the purchase.Well the SECOND DAY OF WEARING (5/21/20) the legs ripped just like the other reviews noted. I’m 5ft, 140lbs, and the s/m size is baggy on me, but, it didn’t fall off or get snagged on anything...and when I finished my workout I noticed two big rips (looked like it went through a shredder) at the back of my knees. I was pissed because I felt like it was working very well (alot of sweat), but what can I expect for the cost.I do think it can provide the desired results, but be mindful of the pants, they may or may not tear spontaneously...well atleast I still have the top that I’ll continue to use and hopefully it holds up longer than the pants.

The pants lasted about a week before ripping and the top has also start to come apart at the neck.So not a gretbuy.

Cheap & nasty - you get what you pay for.

I'm a veteran of these cheap-ass plastic training suits, I try to purchase a new one every winter for riding my bike, so I can still work up a sweat even when my apartment is freezing cold because my landlord is a penny pinching skinflint that won't turn up the heat.OK, let's face it, these things are pretty cheaply made and they usually don't last too long if you use it often or for more vigorous workouts. I've gone through enough of them to know that eventually it's going to have some duct tape on it and generally on the crotch seem, so screw it, the first thing I do after receiving it is duct tape up all the seems, ya it looks fugly and it's kind of stiff for the first few work outs but it lasts much longer without getting shredded and I'll have it until the warm season.So, does it work?... sure if you can stop it from ripping!..... but next time I think I'm just going to get some elastic banding, a few contractor garbage bags and use my roll of duct tape and make my own cheap plastic suit, it'll pretty much be the same quality!

The suit was not comfortable at allI had to take it off in the middle of my workout the collar was scratching my skin really badlyEnded up returning it

I’ve used this suit a few times so far mostly when I’m doing at home HIT cardio, I wouldn’t leave the house with them in because you basically just look like a garbage bag but it’s crazy how much you sweat!! I seriously have to workout with a towel under me because of all the sweat but it’s also mostivaed me to wake up early and workout more throughout the week. The bands at the end of the suit will hd the heat in but there will be sweat escaping Just as an FYI
