Great
A bit tricky at times to get the tin in the right place but once it's in place it works great. Yet to try it with fray bentos pies as that's what I originally got it for but I think it will work great

This can opener does not open cans, absolutely useless!
This so called can opener just simply doesn't work properly! It is pretty much impossible to line up the can with cutting blade and electric roller. It is supposed to be effortless compared to a hand held manual can opener but we have had to go back to the traditional and trusted method. The sharpener is also pretty useless and cumbersome to use. All in all a total waste of money, best avoided!

Quite noisy
The media could not be loaded. I am so disappointed with this product and only bought it as a backup while i still had my trusty old favourite. From the moment i had this it has worked sporadically, it's very noisy and has really tested my patience. I don't feel it should get a higher rating as it's not fit for purpose.
