I almost never use an electric beater so I'm always reaching for a whisk when something needs mixing. I've bent and broken quite a number of wire whisks over the years. The cheap ones come apart from the handle, have too small of a handle for a comfortable grip, and then there's that cleanup issue of the crossover wires and the handle that never gets completely clean inside. The cheap ones sometimes rust as well. Enter the Zyliss Quick Blend. The full sized yet lightweight handle is comfortable in the hand and reduces fatigue. Although the handle is larger than that of an all wire whisk, it's light enough to prevent the tool from falling over backwards out of the bowl you're working in. The wires are permanently bonded to the handle in what appears to be a completely sanitary method that prevents liquids from getting inside the handle. That's very nice! The cleanup is easier due to the innovative wire design that eliminates crossover at the tip and the whisk just works well. A simple tool redesigned to be infinitely better. The next whisk I buy will also be a Zyliss, of that I'm certain.

Love this!!!!! Asked my husband to make sure it was carefully placed in my hand before they burry me. Not that I'm planning on leaving any time soon. I also recommend the Zyliss can opener. It is also wonderful. I have spent a small fortune in my life on wire wisks. This is the best one I have ever owned. It is easy to handle, is well made, and feels neither too heavy nor too light. The wires are open at the end of the wisk so that thick ingredients slide right off without a struggle. And, best of all, The openings where the handle meets the wisk wires is sealed tight with some sort of clear plastic that was obviously poured onto the wisk and then allowed to dry. This creates a seal to keep water and food out of the handle and prevents rusting. I absolutely love this wisk. If you're like I was and are sick of waisting money and time on junk, do yourself a favor and put this in your cart now.

I originally bought Zyliss whisks about twelve years ago and fell in love with them. They were sturdy and easy to clean. I bought multiple of them because I actually travel a lot for a living and have four kitchens setup in four different states. About five years ago I bought some more Zyliss whisks during a good on-line sale. I immediately noticed how much flimsier they were. They didn't whisk through heavy batter or instant mashed potatoes nearly as well as their predecessors. I bought this whisk when one of my original ones finally gave up the ghost and hoped against hope that Zyliss was making heavier quality ones again. Alas, no. This whisk was every bit as flimsy and depressing as the ones I bought five years ago. Unfortunately, I am now forced to start trying other brands of whisks in hopes of replicating the performance I fell in love with over a decade again.

Been using OXO for years but this mini whisk appears awesome!I cant wait to beat the hell out of something!

Great Whisk! Another well thought out Zyliss design. While the handle is not molded around the wires like other Zyliss tools (such as their potato masher) it is sealed completely, so no grime or dish water can hide like it does in pressed or stamped handles. It is a nice sized tool with a proper amount of heft to it without being clunky. The wire construction is a good gauge, made from good quality stainless steel and doesn't kink easily like economy whisks. The open design is far superior to the crossed wire type in both function and ease of cleaning. It has a good grip in shape and size and doesn't have an annoying "soft-grip", which often turns chalky or breaks down after a few years use. Also it is white. I personally do not like that every kitchen gizmo seems to be black by default, this looks good. I've had mine in steady use for two years and it still works great.

I have owned 3 of these whisk so far. The first one was the regular size one, and I have used that for at least 6 years. It is still in great shape. I had a mini whisk that I used for 4 years, but that one finally broke - the handle came off. I liked it enough to buy another one, but the handle of the new one fell off during its very first use. It didn't even finish its first task! Very disappointing!!!!I contacted Zyliss because they supposedly have a good warranty, and they responded quickly to resolve my problem. My issue is that they didn't have any of the easy clean whisks available, so they sent me the balloon whisk which sells for less than half the price of the easy clean whisk I had bought! I tried to do the right thing and use the warranty rather than just return to Amazon, but the end result is that I effectively overpaid for a balloon whisk...
