Terminals are in pairs, not lateral along the block
Great device, I have a longer one that I used and need some smaller ones so this fit the bill. Something to note is that these are multiple thin plates and not two long ones that run laterally along the length of the block. This is a bit confusing but just plan your builds around this and you'll be fine!

For smaller wire terminals
You can attach wire directly to the terminals or if you prefer use the metal terminals. The smaller wire terminals fit well and the yellow / larger wire terminals do not fit well between the dividers.

Not a precision product
I was about to mount this strip to a wooden bulkhead and I had two identical screws in hand. One of the screws fit perfectly. The other could not seat the head in the hole on the other mounting flange of the terminal strip because that mounting flange is shorter than the other side.
