Added to all my other stretches and strength exercises I'm seeing a huge leap forward in returning to normal use of my shoulder. This pulley system is easy set up and to use -- just put it over a door and adjust the cord length to suit, grab and handle in each hand and start stretching. I leave mine set up on a bedroom closet door all the time and use it several times a day. Feels wonderful to stretch.
