Hungarian sweet paprika (50g/1.76oz) in traditional folk canvas bag, imported from Hungary

I am of Hungarian descent (my mother was Hungarian) and my favorite ethnic dish to cook is chicken paprikash. I have made it with both Hungarian paprika and regular paprika from the grocery store and needless to say the real Hungarian paprika is far superior. I brought some back with me on a trip to Hungary and when that was all used up I was able to find some at a store locally but they have since stopped carrying it. I thought I’d try this one from Amazon and I’m glad I did. The aroma, color, and flavor make my paprikash taste very “authentic.” I will most definitely be buying it again and again and again.

I haven't really used a lot of Paprika in cooking but I bought this and I made a spice rub mixture with it and oh my God it is so freaking good. When I opened up the package the smell was extremely vibrant and Rich and when you taste it it is so flavorful, I highly recommend this to anybody that wants to add a little kick to something.

Thank you for your quick delivery in the midst of a pandemic. Being stuck at home, cooking seems one of the only things I can do. Recently, I discovered Cooking with Oma on youtube. She is this sweet, little old lady (92) from Hungary. In order to make some of her dishes I wanted to buy an authentic Hungarian Paprika. I was amazed when I got this paprika. I have many other paprikas at home and none of them ever smelled as wonderful as this paprika. I am so happy with my purchase and I was so happy with the way my Chicken Paprikash turned out. Just wonderful. I ordered one for my daughter last week and today I ordered another one plus some that comes in a little ceramic pot. I am really looking forward to their arrival. Because of reading Dracula, I was compelled to try making chicken paprikash. This paprika was recommended by the recipe I used, and I don't regret it. Grocery store paprika smells like old musty carpet and is so brown, so it's never been my go-to spice. This paprika has a vibrant red color and smells amazing. I'll never use grocery store paprika again.
