Peeling Knife

This is a great knife, very sharp, perfect for peeling vegetables, very comfortable in the hand, it's good for multiple uses I would certainly recommend it, just be careful it really is very sharp

Excellent knives that I use for literally everything in the kitchen from peeling potatoes to chopping vegetables. Bought as an exact replacement for my 20 year old ones. Extremely sharp when new, so sharp in fact that you really ought to buy some super glue at the same time. Comes in handy and saves you a trip to A&E when you cut yourself while chopping the veggies, which is undeniably inevitable 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Yes, very sharp. My test for a sharp knife is can it cut slits in dough before the loaf goes into the oven? This one can. Vegetables are no problem at all either. But it's not a very pretty knife - the handle is niceley rounded but the blade is pretty rectangular. The blade is printed with 'Taylors Eye Witnees', not stamped into the metal. It adds up to looking a bit cheap. But it is very sharp and it is made in the UK. Decent value.

I have bought so many knives after the demise of my favourite multitask knife and am always disappointed. This one is perfect. Sharp enough to chop and peel anything comfortably with little effort. It’s a small knife, not for carving meat or chopping large veg like butternut squash, but will do pretty much anything else. Great find.

Replacing your favourite kitchen peeler/chopper is hard to find and bought others before this one that were poor. This is excellent. Seems sturdy and balances in the hand well (I have a bit hand). Comfortable handle, good blade. Hope it lasts. A bit pricey but worth it.

Unfortunately I dropped my old one and the blade broke. This is a replacement.

This is a really, really sharp knife - more like a razor blade in a handle! That’s not a criticism as it makes cutting (with the guard off) safer. Just be really careful to keep it well away from children and handle with care!

Ser puede idea como pelador o como cuchillo, simplemente hay que retirar el alambre. Permite dos grosores de corte con la colocación del sobre en la primera o segunda vuelta sobre el filo del cuchillo. Afilado si, pero no tanto como dice el fabricante. Veremos la estabilidad del filo con el tiempo...
