Worked for us
My husband was annoyed when this was delivered. He said it wouldn’t work and that he’s tried one in the past. I was desperate because I couldn’t find anyone to clean the gutters before winter and they were in bad shape so I asked him to try it. End result is that it did a much better job than he anticipated when attached to the pole amazon suggested. He was able to get a good amount cleared before he had to get down because I was regretting my choices thoroughly, worrying he was going to fall.I’ve been fired as ladder stabilizer due to nervousness, but the gutter tool will be brought out again next year.

Room for improvement.
The scoop part is not at enough of a angle relative to the pole,. The farther away you are scooping the higher up you have to hold the pole because, except at the very end, its parallel with the pole. That gets hairy when you are up on a ladder and trying to move debris between straps especially as you extend the pole further out.

Overrated
This is a sturdy tool, but as some others have said, the angle of the 'paddle' is wrong. You might be able to move dry leaves, but it won't work on wet muck. The paddle needs to be larger, and angled further downward. .For me it was close to useless. And btw, if you do want to try this, make sure you have a strong extension pole. Using some flimsy little thing that came off a Swiffer won't work at all.

Love it!
10 Stars all the way. I've been using this tool for years now, and just ordered another one. I've bought different tools and doo dads over the years for my business and it's been hit and miss. This one was a success. It's built sturdy, and I can tell it's been designed by someone that has actually done gutters because it functions well. It has saved me time and trouble countless times, especially when I'm 2 stories up and looking to minimize my risk! lol

This is about the best product that i have ever purchased for cleaning my gutters.
I HATED cleaning those gutters yes i use a 16 foot ladder for years i just about used all of the products for cleaningthe gutters my problem is those maple seeds and those pine needles they are hard to remove even after they dry aftera rain saw the gutter tool on a you tube video by a professional purchased it if i could give it 10 stars i would.Instead of moving the ladder 6 or 7 times i only had to move it 3 times.I`m using a telescoping 8 foot paint pole to hold the gutter tool now i can clean 8 foot on one side of the ladder and 8foot on the other side of the ladder with out any problems.P.S. I put some plummers tape around the threads of the paint pole before i put the gutter tool on that just holds it inplace a little better learned that from the pro on the video EXCELLENT PRODUCT.

It Works!
Bought for my hubby. We have a Master gutter in our Lanai, which for you non-Floridians means a 30ft gutter that you can only access the edges of unless you go up on the roof. Tool worked great!! Fit on our current extension pole. Some say the "hoe" end should be at more of an angle, but my husband says he only used that end to "cut through the muck" to create a trench large enough for to fit the blunt end and pulled the gunk toward him in sections. There was a great instructional video online showing how to use it. Great product!

cost
Bought 2 gutter tools because couldn't tell the difference online. Despite both ordered essentially same time, one didn't come until the return date closed on the first. The first one was 3x the cost as the other. First one 30 plus dollars, second 10 dollars. I cry scam...… They are even both same manufacturer...

A little difficult but it works ok, scoop should be redesigned
More than a little difficult to scoop out the debris but better than the alternatives. Both ends should have more of a hook to them, as you can't really use it to scoop from the ground, only if you are above the level of the gutter, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. You could just use a pole or a hose if you are even with the gutter.
