How do I change the batteries in this pen

Hey Tery, if you unscrew the silver end of the pen from which the cartridge protrudes, you'll find the tiny battery back attached to the end of the ink cartridge. The entire thing, spring, cartridge and all will have the container at the back end. Don't recall the specific batteries these use, but you can search on Amazon to get replacements. They're essentially tiny hearing aid batteries.
