Very good, would recommend

I bought 2 copies of this workbook as gifts. One was sent directly to the person. The other one to me. I did glance through it quickly and it seemed to be very well done. The one that came to me was sent in a group package to a ministerial student and I thought that she might find it helpful in counseling parisheners. I did like that it did deal a little with ending relationships due to death and for children dealing with divorce.

It is a excellent book. I facilitated classes using this book in the 80's. I also did training in Boulder.CO with Bruce Fisher himself.. I got this book to pass on to a young lady who just got divorced and has 4 children. The building blocks have not changed. Still very important.

This book helped me a couple of times when I was going thru a breakup that I thought I couldn't live with. It helped me know and understand what and why I was going thru these emotions and how long it takes to heal enough to actually grow and mature thru this experience.

I have not been able to start reading it.I do not like is soooo biggggg!

This is a great book for anyone going through turmoil as your life turns upside down. Initially I just bought the book which is very helpful and then I discovered this workbook. The two of them work great together. Very helpful.

This book is an absolute must for anyone going through a relationship breakup. The book sets out all the different phases of breakup grief and gives you some logic and hope in a crazy, painful time.I first discovered this book in 1999 and have recommended it to everyone whom has been in the same situation since.

Highly recommend this to accompany Rebuilding: When your Relationship Ends. It fills in more information and has more homework to assist with moving through the stages. Started own support group and this is a must to help facilitate that group.

Absolutely a Must Read after a separation or divorce. So much wisdom and understanding in the words. It will help you move along the path of healing the pain and wounds.
