I ordered it and been loving it. The service was quick and well organised. I received timely message stating the status of the delivery of package. It is a very intense workout. But it is well put with easy instructions and advice. Also there are testimonials by Bollywood celebs. I'll surely order the other two DVD's from Amazon soon.

the overall dvd is good... nice workout but just impossible to perform the whole circuit within just 1 month...but the quality of the dvd is horrible.. just horrible... it keeps on getting interrupted and its no fun to perform workout with that kind of video.

Worst in quality... No one should buy... No stars.. I am not satisfied... Even 1980's films do have good in picture quality even though they are in black&white but it is too bad...
