Works great but have some suggestions for installation
Replacing carpet on 19โ bunks for a 25โ tritoon.4 out of 6 bunks done, so far so good. Some helpful tips:1. Get extra velcro straps. I have 12 because I bought 6 of the 24โ wraps. I can hold the wrap in place almost the whole way along in one go so donโt keep having to move the velcro straps. Makes the job go a lot faster2. TOP TIP!!! When screwing in the screws put them in at an angle towards the middle of the bunk. This helps pull the wrap tight. Didnโt do it on the first one and I got the โbubblingโ that some people have experienced. Once I angled the screws the next one look a lot better.3. Screws every 6โ. The instructions say every 12โ but some people have recommended 6โ spacing. I think the 6โ spacing works better. But itโs double the amount of screws!4. Buy extra / better screws. Because I am using 6โ spacing I bought extra screws. Got marine grade screws with a square drive. Others have recommended star drives. Use either to avoid stripping the cross head like on the screws provided5. Washers. The marine grade screws I bought had smaller heads so I bought countersunk washers to go round them. Otherwise the screws would go straight through the vinyl.6. Lay the wrap out on a hot day so it flattens before you install it. It will also expand in the heat so when it cools it should be good and tight. I laid the new bunk wood on top of the wrap to help hold it in place.7. Set aside a bunch of time to do it. With 6โ spacing on a 19โ bunk you need 78 screws per bunk * 6 bunks is 468 screws. Itโs going to take a while!!8. Start with fresh wood? My old bunks are 5 years old so I opted to go with new wood. That letโs me build thre new bunks separately and then I will do a quick swap out next time the boat is off the trailer in the water. Some people have talked about jacking up the bot in the trailer but I like doing it this way. Depends if youโre replacing the wood as well I guess.Would give this 5 stars but with need to get extra hardware and the risk of โbubblingโ if you get it wrong I knocked it down a star. But I think itโs definitely better than carpet. Excited to see how well it works first time we park the boat on the new bunks.

This product works
A bit pricey especially for a 22 ft pontoon trailer, but after finding out two of the four deck boards had rotted put, even when being stored in a building, I knew I needed to find a better option.Very easy to install. Probably need more velcro straps to hold it. I also drilled starter holes for thd screws. All in all, easy project, really changed the look and more importantly, my boat trailers much better. Very little resistance. 5 out of 5. 3.8 out of 5 for price.

Great so far but not enough screws
The torque head screws are amazing!!! I just wish it included more of them. I cut the 2x6 product in half (long ways) to fit it on the short side of a 2x4 for use on waverunner lift bunks. It took some effort to bend them where they werenโt meant to be bent but it worked. I found that the screws needed to be 4โ apart at most to avoid popping up to much between each one.

Stiff
Rolled out bunks and let them warm up in the sun. Took more time to install than planned. Removed bunks for trailer and installed with only the screws provided.

Good fit
Installing with two people helps but one can do it. Could have used few more screws. Won't know how good this is until I take my boat out this fall.

Very easy to install and faster than I had planned
I installed the wrap kit on my Tracker 175 trailer in an afternoon with some breaks. The biggest challenge was to keep the wrap from rolling up while trying to work with it, but that was easy to overcome. Unrolling and leaving in the sun for a day would probably help the rolling issue. I did the install by myself, but a helper would have made the job go even easier. I used the screws provided, but I noticed on a YouTube video that they used staples and I would probably opt for stainless steel staples in my air "nailer" if I ever do another install.I loaded the boat for the first time after the install yesterday and I was surprised, maybe even shocked, at how little friction there was. I backed the trailer a little shallower that previously and the boat slid right up to the front roller. HOWEVER, when I went forward to hook up the winch strap, the boat slid back off the trailer - it's that slick. Next time, I'll back the trailer a little shallower to allow the boat to really settle on the bunks.Everything is great with the product. Time will tell about the durability, I unload/load 2-3 times per week so I'll give it a real test.

Great bunk upgrade
After reading as much as I could find on this stuff I was concerned about using it on fibreglass hulls. Even the manufacturer puts the onus on the buyer to decide. They simply state that itโs intended for aluminum hulls. I think that is pretty much just CYA. I decided to install these and what a pleasure. The loading and unloading is a breeze. I really canโt see how they will scratch gel coat more than carpeted bunks. Not the easiest job getting the material on the bunks but the instructions are good. Donโt think of installing over carpet.
