Dope Ride!
LOVE THIS CHASSIS! ONLY THING NEEDED TO FIX IS THE STEERING HAS LOTS OF SLOP THAT'S CAN BE FIXED WITH SHIMS AND BETTER TURNBUCKLE JOINTS.

Front motor mount is a gimmick
It's a good chassis for RWD drifting, but after experiencing a number of different chassis, front motor mount chassis for RWD are just a gimmick. You still need to weigh down the rear for stability and speed, and if that's not a big deal to you then by all means buy this chassis. I've done numerous amounts of tuning on this, including adding rear weight, and it still crab walks and can't get up to speed. I'm not trying to make it fast but just to get up to any kind of speed to get going. I have plenty of experience tuning RC drift cars using the best quality parts I can get my hands on, but I just couldn't get the driving feel I wanted out of it.Some of the newer drift chassis that came out after this one are front mid-motor or rear mid-motor layouts, which do work just fine. I got a hold of a Sakura D4 RWD (carbon and aluminum) which has a rear mid-motor layout and roughly a 48/52 weight distribution. That chassis has speed, a bit too much but I haven't properly tested it yet other than in my own garage. From what I can feel, weights might be necessary but not as excessively as the R31. Don't get me wrong. I've had a great time drifting this chassis but I'm just fed up with the weak aspects I've discovered on it and have decided to move on.
