Excellently crafted knife
After having bought one, I bought two more because they are so well made. For the price, this knife is an extraordinary product. I have many types of knives including another expensive Bowie knife given to me. If you're looking for a good knife, I recommend considering this one.

best gift for a liberal household
my friend leans right, but he lives in a household run by a spouse who is hard left, anti-gun, call the police type. so one day, i ask him what he would do if there was a home invasion, and he said he didn't know, but he kept a baseball bat nearby. well, that might be fine if you swing and hit one person, but on any day you encounter one invader in your home, there is a strong possibility of finding a second uninvited guest. and if you encounter two unfriendly faces, you might be greeting three undesirables that day. and so on, and so forth. now what? well, a gun would really be a great equalizer, but no dice. an inanimate object like a gun is simply evil, and it has always been evil, at least until the 1960s when it became personified and suddenly had the capability of developing a personality and animus of its own. no gun, so he has to rely on his charm, which admittedly, won't cut the mustard. he ran out of options. gladly, his birthday rolls around and i figure the glow of this fine weaponry, even in the darkness, might turn away the dead, in addition to the living who choose to parade through the darkness looking to do bad things. and since it is a birthday gift, he couldn't turn it down, and his wife had no say in the matter. i'm not sure if i caused world war 3, but i figure he never told his wife and simply slipped it under his side of the bed. heck, you gotta help a brother out! no way he's gonna be able to swing that bat effectively in a small apartment, and it would be unsightly watching him use dull utensils keepin bad guys at bay. i feel like i did a good deed, giving someone a $20 insurance policy in case he faces the worst day of his life. but to save myself from liability, i told him to learn how to use it properly with some professional training. heaven knows that the day you need to use it, it won't be the first time you've pulled it out of the sheath. helping a friend in need is a friend indeed. let's face it, this was an easier solution than turning his wife into a republican.

Piece of junk - the knife snapped off from the handle
This thing is a piece of junk. It snapped from the handle after using it to cut some chicken when BBQ’ing. Do not buy!

Great looking knife , but.
Very good looking and finished made in China knife. This is the sharpest Bowie type I have ever unboxed, shaves arm hair easily. The fit and finish are astounding for the $$$ ! The blade thickness is .115, we are in the USA and use inch measurements. But beware this blade is a low pressure casting and will not hold up to chopping, hacking, or throwing, hey it's priced right ! Use as as a display or kitchen knife. Sheath is what you would expect at this price point. All in all a great buy at under $15. !

Very nice.
I really love this knife. But the only problem I had with it, was that it snagged when I try to pull it out.

Beautiful knife
I love this knife. It looks cool and feels great! It definitely worth the $20.53. My only improvement suggestion is to remove the 4-finger grooves so that the handle fits most people. I am 5’10” and my 4 fingers only occupy 3 of the finger grooves.

Looks good, came sharp, but couldn't handle light use.
You pretty much get what you pay for. The handle grooves are way to spaced out, making the handle uncomfortable, and the metal used is very brittle, and allowed for the knife to break in half at the hand guard. The blade wasn't firm to begin with, you were able to get a little wiggle just by shaking the blade back and fourth. Other than that, the knife itself looks badass, aswell is the serrated back side. The knife also came berry sharp aswell. This is really just suited for display, or as a very overkill letter opener.
