How to Prepare before and after a jelq?

Jelqing exercises should be done with an erection about 80%, (Not flaccid not full erected) start warming the penis with some fast jelqs while you get erected, do not squeeze the device with the full hands at the beginning just put some pressure with your fingertips on the handles.
