I’ve used these vitamins for at least ten years and have been very satisfied. As a personal trainer I recommend them to male clients of all ages. They do need to be sealed and stored in a cool/dry place with the provided desiccant pack provided. (If exposed to moisture, they will swell and crumble.) They dissolve quickly after taken.

Everywhere I went no one had these. The day I ran out these showed up just in time. The product is nothing special. The person that sold it to me is excellent.

Good, useful multivitamin for men. 2 words of warning: Note the caffeine content. Also they break down with visible signs of oxidation after only a couple of days of exposure to air/humidity, including putting them in a pill box with no moisture control (humidity absorbent)

The pills are bigger than I like, but they are pact with the minerals and vitamins I need.

These vitamins are ok for the price you do get a lot per tablet. Only problem is the servings are smaller than the lifetime brand I take that split up the nutrients. The is an AM capsules and PM capsules which is great because the body needs different nutrients for different times of the day. Opti-men are ok if you don't go to lifetime but after taking the lifetime brand its hard to go back to these.
