Bamboo Flute

I got ripped off with this product. It doesn't even work. Its garabage don't buy it just because of the cheap price. That is unless you just want a piece of wood with hole sin for decoration.

What can I say? It's a flute, and it's bamboo. When you blow in it, it produces some sort of sound, from some weird ancient scale that is completely obsolete, and will never create any sort of music.HOWEVER, it does in fact, make sound.Mouth area is a little hard to figure out at first, and the quality resembles something you would find at the Lawn and Garden center at WalMart.Enjoy!

Well, I have some kind of bamboo flutes but it differs from them. At first the blowing hole is on the opposite side so i don't get it how to make a sound at first time, but it's not a problem if you have some kind of experience in flutes you will get it work easily you just need to place flute down from nose and blow it(blowing hole should be down certainly).I don't make very smooth sound from it yet because it's new, but I think it can make better job. Price is very nice. I'm glad with my pursache.

I should it zero stars. The blow hole and finger holes are on opposites sides which makes it an in-playable piece of junk. But it was delivered expediently.

Perhaps the error falls on me, but I thought flutes were held horizontally and recorders are vertical. This is not the case here- you hold it like a recorder and it is huge- definately not for a kid, or a petite adult. Kind of cool looking though, for what it's worth.

This flute is a real size not a toy. It's very pretty and I'm glad I purchased.
