are the pocket holes this creates compatible with Kreg pocket hole screws as far as size goes?

Can it be used on 2x4 and 2x6?

Yes, I believe it can be. The extent of the measurements is for 1 1/2 inch, maybe a little bigger. I am going to use it on a 2x4.
