I was a little hesitating to buy this since the price is much lower than the other product with the same finish. For some reason brushed nickel holder bracket is 3 times higher than the chrome version. This is the only product I found that has the same price regardless of the finish.The only down side of this one is the dark grey ball joint at the end of the connection. But it doesn't seem to bother me at all.Installation is straight forward, I added couple wraps of teflon tape and just hand tighten it (the previous bracket broke because I used a wrench). So far there's no leak from the bracket and I'm pretty happy with the price.

We love this showerhead. Easy to install: MAKE SURE TO READ INSTRUCTIONS, don't crank too hard (why are people complaining of breaking plastic? They wrenched too hard), and have seals aligned. Do these things and this showerhead will be amazing for you too

Our old wall mount finally cracked and rather than order a whole new shower head, for a few dollars this seemed like the better approach. We ordered it and two days later it was installed and working.--I like-The finish matches our brand name brushed nickel pieces perfectly, which was my biggest fear.Install takes minutes. All you really need is Teflon tape to help ensure no leaks (I did use a wrench to remove the old one). Everything is recommended to be hand tightened to not break/crack.While it is pretty tight and thus hard to move around once installed, it is fully adjustable. I'm hoping it loosens up a bit with use, but am glad I can position it where I need it for now.--I dislike-It is all plastic. While it works great now, I'm curious how long it will hold up to daily use. At the price, I can replace a lot of these before replacing it with a metal one or the whole shower head.My delta shower head doesn't fit in it perfectly. It fits in well enough to stay, but seems a little thicker than the slot on this product.--Overall, this has saved me a few dollars and I'm happy with it. I'm highly satisfied with the youmee shower bracket. It does exactly what I wanted it to do , which is hold my high pressure showerhead in place. My previous 2 which were w-pik , and Delta were not snug enough to keep my shower head from coming out of bracket and whipping around like a fire hose. For $7 you can't go wrong. Yes it's plastic but it does the job.

The part is sturdy and the finish matched fairly well.

Bracket leaks no matter how many times I attached it. Can't support the shower head. The build quality seems so-so but not holding a shower head up and leaking during and after use kind of makes this pointless.OEM seems to be only way to guarantee a quality install or purchasing made of metal. I recommend buying locally to make sure it works in plastic or metal before ordering on amazon.
