Thorne Riboflavin 5'-Phosphate - Bioactive Form of Vitamin B2 for Methylation Support - 60 Capsules

I love lots of products from Throne. they always produce the best direct form of vitamins. same to this. its vitamin b2 but in Active, direct form of R5P. and i believe the quality is excellent too. i don't know why but it's difficult to find the active form of this b2 in the UK easily. and only downside is the price. too expensive. there are many normal b2 (not in active form) out there in 1/3 price of this. and you only receive 60 caps per bottle so have to say, this is one expensive product but i have to continually buy it because of my daughter needs this every day for her condition..

it's fully activated, your body just absorves it as it is...it's one of many I use in a treatment, let's give it time to work...more upfront I will share any news.

Just as with tetrahydrofolate, I experienced no difference in taking it, neither good nor bad (yes, I did have reasons to believe that they would exert some effect).Of course, this is not to do with the quality of the vitamin.
