Excellent for those interested in Yoga (as a philosophy). Includes lots of color photos of Swamiji. To get a taste of the content I highly recommend viewing a few of his lectures on youtube.

Totally deceptive…. The book is all about being a cheer lead and not a participant, to be come wise one must use method and this book is bout cheerleading for the history of the writer thoughts of the history. Totally Disappointed as this book is mis-appropriated
