Great stuff. Shipping is a bit slow
Used this to insulate our outdoor cat houses. attaching it to the walls with industrial Velcro, as opposed to an adhesive & popping an outdoor pet heating pad in the bottom. It was easilycut it with kitchen shears as it is very flexible, almost like a crunchy, reflective, bubble wrap. Though, I’d read on someone else’s review they’d used double-sided tape, I found that application insufficient for my needs and cold climate.Shipping was a bit slower than what we’ve gotten spoiled to. All around a great product. Could see its uses in an RV setting.

Fantastic
I got this to insulate my outdoor cat’s nice little house, which is weatherproof (not resistant, weatherproof) and I use straw on the bottom underneath the layers of blankets for him. I put my hand inside when the temps were single digits, bitter cold. That little house was as warm as my house! The insulation is easy to cut and fit, and I used a roll of insulation tape which sticks completely so there’s no gaps for cold air and wind. This isn’t adhesive, btw but it’s not supposed to be. I covered the front of his house with towels to shed rain and an old shower curtain weighted down to keep our wind and rain. He’s got a covered, protected entrance that way. Plenty on one roll of insulation with leftovers. His house is roughly 17” x 16”. We are very, very happy!

Keeps Cooler Contents Coldest
I bought this reflective foil insulation to place on the inside top of my cooler. I have an Orca, a good cooler. But, air is the enemy of coolers. Every time you open one, it loses cold. So, after everything is packed, with the most-used items on top, I cover the whole thing with insulation. Then, I only have to lift a corner of the foil to get what I want - like my dog's insulin - and the rest stays cold. If you're interested, I place square bottles of frozen salt water on the bottom of the cooler, filling any gaps with salt-water ice cubes in ziplock freezer bags. Stuff I want to keep frozen goes directly over that. Things I only want to keep cold go on top. This system works for the 3 days it takes us to drive to our cabin in Washington.

Using to insulate my window air conditioners
I have window air-conditioning units in my living room and bedroom windows. Each year I try to insulate the best I can to keep out the cold air. This year I decided to use insulation and this appeared to be what I needed. The insulation is flexible and easy to use. I put a smaller piece over the front of my air conditioner and then a larger piece over the width of the window. I used the tape designed for this insulation. It appears to be working but it is too soon to tell because it’s not that cold out yet. So far I am happy with my purchase.

Durable!
I use this to cover outside of car windows when parking in the desert for multiday backpacking trips to keep the interior much cooler by preventing sunlight from entering. I use parachute cord woven over top of the Foil to hold it in place and the desert winds tug at it, but the foil is strong and does not deteriorate.

Good for insulating cat shelters
I went from feeding 1 homeless hungry cat to having her show up one day with 3 of the cutest tiny kittens. They were so sweet and polite. They weren't playing or scampering around, they were sitting next to momma looking at my door. When I opened the door to bring food out they didn't run, it was like mama cat told them what to do. I put the food down and said "ok go eat" and they did. 3 years later I still feed 1 of the babies and HER BABIES. AND I have some newcomers who need to eat. Anyhow... I bought some rubbermaid 50 gallon bins and used this insulation to make shelters for them. This is very easy to work with. It cuts easily with a scissors and I use duct tape to keep it on. I put warming mats inside but that's another story but I actually got the idea to do this from another review on Amazon so I figured I would pass this idea on for other animal lovers.

Nice thick reflective wrap
Keeps its shape when cut into pieces and doesn't fold or flop at all like single-layer bubble foil.

Bubble Layer Way Too Thin
The price was right. The product however was just meh. The bubble in the middle was very thin and hardly even exists. Too be worthwhile - the bubble layer should have been much thicker
