might want to size up i bought my size but it was too small

Fits smaller than expected

I have tried the belts that are waist only, and was looking for another one. One of my good friends bought one similar to this, and has been wearing it trough out her workouts. I seem very interesting so I seen this one and ordered it. I went by the size chart and what I normally wear which is a 3x.Size- It is a good fit but is a little snug in the bust area, but as far as the waist it is great. I figured the more I wear it the more it will stretch.Material- The downside about getting my normal size is that it stretched it too much where it ripped on the size of bust area. So the material is not that durable if it stretches too much.Maintenance- It gets very smelly if you just keep going without washing. I usually throw it in washer on delicate and then air dry. It's very easy to wash and it's like brand new afterwards.I so suggest wearing something underneath, if you have sensitive skin your own sweat may irritate you if you leave it on too longI use it when at work with my class, running around with preschoolers is a workout in itself lol.

This vest is not by Mpeter. The Amazon ad says Mpeter. The tag says Raigoo (see photos). I ordered a size small Mpeter vest to replace the size small Mpeter vest I currently have as it is worn and time for a new one. The vest I received fits more like an extra, extra small rather than a small. I am a 36/28 D and I could not even get the sides to cover me in any capacity. The material isn't as pliable as my current blue, gray or black Mpeter vest that I've been wearing for a few years now. On the plus side, this vest seemed to be well constructed and sturdy. The velcro is strong and it has a small pocket on the inside. It came brand new never used and packaged well. I am returning for a refund because of the small fit and the thicker material.

I gave this another go trying to remember why I never used it.Pros. You will sweat. Even just cleaning I peel it off and I need to shower. Zipper doesn't fall. Thick.Cons. I have a short torso. Like rib to hip bone almost touching. Jeans at waist 3 buttons on my top showing short.This doesn't cover to my (non existent) ass. It's constantly sliding up over my love handles because of the length and over the bottom of my belly. You know. Where I really want it to burn fat. And if I pull it down there is a gap between the top and bottom. Also the middle doesn't really pull you in which is why I bought this one to try vs my previous one. The material is just kind of stretchy and not really binding. So if you are looking for abdominal control it's not it.

How a bigger lady suppose to lose weight with this if can't wear

Upon arrival I was impressed from the excellent quality. It looks and feels great. I haven't been wearing it, only once, so i didn't noticed it right away. When you close the overlapping part it can't be made very tight, The end of the Velcro will stick up. Also when I exercise, especially walking, it constantly slides up and curls or bulges up at the midriff or waist. I keep pulling the vest down so every 5 minutes during a walk which has become very annoying. If that exact problem wouldn't have occurred, that vest would be awesome.

If you are a size 22-24 and majority of your weight goes to your stomach, get a 6X in size in ANY waist trainer. I love how the waist trainer is made but it's not comfortable due to the sizing being off. i can get it to zip up but when I start my step aerobics; I'm constantly pulling it back down.
