Came very quick. With a few alterations to make it fit, it was perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Cheap alternative to other more expensive vest. *by M***6 on Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2015* Bought this as a customer service vest for the Eglin AFB hospital. I worked in the ER and they kept borrowing our EMS vest which cost over $100 each. The hospital was too cheap to buy replacement vest for their customer service so I bought these myself and gave it to them for free.The vest did not cost much and were one size fit most. They were not as hot as the old vest that they use to have so that was a plus. The only complaint was that the Velcro attachment up front were awkward. They were both sewn on the outside of the vest so you had to curl the flaps to face each other to attach the Velcro together. One should have been sewn inside the flap and the other outside the flap so when you close it the vest overlaps.Last I checked, they were still using the vest.
