Studio ProPhotoz Kit Light Cube

-With great results. Just what I needed to take professional looking pics for sales listings. This light cube studio seems to well made with and is east to pack up with its self-storage case. Comes with a blue,green,red and black velvet back grounds that have velcro sewn into place to hold itself up at the top back of display cube. The 2 lights are a little cheesey but work fine but get very hot. It also comes with camera stand that should work well with a point and shoot although I have this set up on a table and I use my tripod. I'm really happy with this setup for the price.Funny thing about shipping. It was delivered in an Amazon smile box that was about 5 times too big. I bought it from Discount Tommy and it was fulfilled through Amazon. The way to go.

The tripod and the box alone was worth the price, very sturdy and well-constructed, yet easy to assemble. The instructions are clear and easy to follow as well. The two included little lights are good, but a tad under-powered for what I am using this for (jewelry photography)--the cords are just a bit short to use from the same power strip on my setup, but that's my problem. The backgrounds (white, red, blue and black) are awesome and very easy to attach with the velcro backing. However, they require heavy ironing (on the reverse) before one can use them and every little speck on them shows up on my micro-shots, so just a heads-up for those doing same style images. The black background really pops my semi-;precious stones and bright copper, though--I am about to try the dark blue. The carrying case is a very nice plus and rides well in the car.

I really like the Shutter Starz 3086 Professional Light Box. It's portability is is very helpful. I liked the background fabrics. Some people wrote that you couldn't wash them, or dry them. I washed mine BY HAND and AIR DRYED them, and even ironed them. Make sure you iron them on their "fuzzy" side. The lights aren't great, but they do the job. It's very easy to set up. All-in-all I'm glad I bought it.

This photography light cube set did not meet my expectations. I purchased this particular kit because it came with lights but the lights are very small, are extremely yellow in color, create hot spots on the background and after 5 mins become so hot that they are unusable. The tripod for the camera is not well constructed and is so unstable that the camera shakes when you take the photo. Also, the background "fabric" is plastic and attracts every piece of dust/hair that it comes in contact with. It also has creases from being folded in it's packaging and with the plastic material any type of ironing doesn't not seem plausible. I do like the pop up configuration of the light cube and having it fold down to become a carrying case is nice. But if I were to redo this purchase I would look for something else.

Everything is as shown with lights and 4 different backdrops, however the tripod cannot hold the weight of my nikkon D3200 and if one of the lights tip over and the bulb needs replacing, it is impossible to pop out and I am still unable to remove the bulb even after it broke on me. For the price, you'll do fine, but invest in something stronger if you you are looking for professional grade.

The Booth works for the projects that I've taken on thus far but the bulbs that come with the kit are useless. The camera tripod is cheaply made and is crap. Didn't get any real use out of the tripod.

I use this photography tent often to take pictures of small items. The quality is great and I love that so much is included in the set! The tent is easy to set up and take down and requires very little storage space. There are four colors of backdrops included and all are easy to attach and use. I tried to construct my own light box and it took up a lot of space and was only about half the size of this tent. This is so much better and I'm glad I made this purchase.

I was in need for a small and inexpensive photo studio kit - I read some other reviews and then decided to go for this one - if there would be an issue with the lighting (what other buyers described) I would take care about that.First of all I have to thank you the great delivery guy!! It's pooring down in SoCal today and the guy put the package in a dry spot!!Here's my resume:+fast delivery+easy set up+good quality (for the price) of the "box"+all the lights/camera stand work perfectly- the backdrops were folded - almost impossible to get rid of the stripesAs you can see the only recommendation I would have is to roll the backdrops instead of folding them :-)
