I got my iPhone 7 white screen Sunday and installed it- the home button didn’t work, reinstalled it thinking maybe something didn’t quite connect right, nope. So I emailed and let them know what was going on and I got a response right away saying they would send me another screen. I got it in the mail today(Wednesday(talk about a quick turnaround!)), installed and it works great! I’m really happy with how quickly they got back to my email and the quickness of receiving the replacement screen! It’s great knowing they stand behind their product and want to make sure the customer is happy with what they got. I definitely will be a return customer for any more broken screens.

I bought a slightly cheaper replacement and tore the ribbon cable, Bought this one while I’m waiting for the return on the first cheaper screen, This one worked first time I plugged in the ribbon cables, slid in place with no problems. I think I’ll buy one to just keep on hand for the next time my wife cracks her screen. After the fourth screen the wife has agreed to use a case. Fingers crossed

Just bought two and a half weeks ago!!Had screen protector on it that they sent with it the phone dropped and the screen cracked but not the protector.... never had this happen before with any Cheaper screen I have bought. Very disappointed in the durability of this product!!!!

Screen works great. Not exactly the same as OEM, sits up slightly higher, but engages well. Quality is good. Vendor is excellent. Had an issue and they responded promptly. Note: Be very careful with home button take apart from old screen, you must reuse this with iPhone 7, and do not want to damage it. Remember to follow instructions carefully and make sure battery is disconnected before you remove screen from phone.

Update: since my original review, I was contacted by the company and they worked with me to right the issue we had with the product.Bought this for my sister in law to change her screen and had to return it and take the phone to apple. the tools inside made it worse and stripped the screws when trying to get them off. Not worth the money

First off item was missing a sensor proximity when first arrived to my door step , second the item was not working and syncing with my home button when it’s th original part from apple !! I returned the item and I have not got my refund upsetting but you get what you pay for !!!

screen works great. the only thing i didn’t like about it was that the screen is not rounded at the edges and it sticks up a little bit. it’s fine if you don’t mind it looking a little bit boxy. the tools that came with it is crap. they got stripped real quick. i had to order better tools and had wait another week to fix my phone. other than that it works.

Pros: very easy to install, nearly everything included.Cons: video instruction is outdated (camera is included in this model and therefore does not need to be transferred. BIG CON is that the screen is not as crisp or bright as the OEM. This is a big problem. Another BIG CON is that the screen is thicker than OEM and does not fit flush against the housing, instead rising about a millimeter above. This is obvious and these two things combined will be obvious if I ever try to sell it.
