fast shipping works okay
My cable arrives when they said it would but the VX-4207 that I am using it on keeps rebooting the entire time it is plugged in.

Cable worked. Software didn't.
The cable worked. The software did not. The disk contained software for several different radio brands. Yaesu and Vertex weren't among them. Had to buy my software elsewhere.

Didn't work
Could not get the cable to communicate with either my FTL-2011/99 or FTL-7011/99. The radio would go into programming mode, and even though all the COM ports were set up correctly and the CE7 software was running, it wouldn't upload or download to the radio. Spent hours trying to troubleshoot with no success. Had to go back to using an old Win98 laptop with a true serial port. :(
