Great stuff.
Better than bleach for su disinfection. Commercial grade mold killer. Completely non toxic and safe. Can be swallowed safely but wouldn't be pleasant. Very strong offer of you don't like the smell of time. Can make your eyes waste when fogged. Take a day for threat offer to dissipate. But I like the smell, Especially with the lemongrass

Non toxic.
This is the BEST! IT IS TOTALLY NON TOXIC. Spray it on any surface and walk away. It kills germs as it dries. Great for cleaning fresh produce. Great as first aid on cuts & scrapes.

Works well if a green product is needed.
Great product if you need a green product for remediation.

Exactly what the professionals used to "de-mold" my basement!
I had a serious undiscovered (black) mold problem growing in my basement (under a built in cabinetry that housed a sump pump) last year that cost a whopping $3,000 hazmat remediation. The remediation team used this product and left me a half-finished bottle for any future problems. Fast forward one year and due to some humidity conditions, I started to notice (and smelled) an outbreak of some white mold growing on wooden wainscoting, built-in cabinetry and other surfaces like my exercise equipment. Frightened, I immediately called the professionals to come in and zap this from the onset. My original mold team was too busy (overbooked) to come, so I called "Servepro" and when they came, quoted me a $2200 job! (grossly over-charging for a relatively easy job) I showed them the benefactor bottle and they said "that's what we will use to wipe down your walls and cabinets" WELL, I ordered an extra gallon (here on Amazon) and got to work with the remaining product (I had on-hand) and did it all myself! In only one day's work I finished 2/3rds of my entire basement with just the 1/2 bottle. There is no longer a musty, moldy smell when I go downstairs and I am SO happy NOT to part with a ridiculous sum of money just to "wipe" down my basement! When my new replacement gallon arrives, I will finish the remaining area! USE a spray bottle and spritz the area to be cleaned, then wipe your surface and done! I used a brush to scrub into any cracks and crevasses in the wainscoting. I did not wear any protective gloves, but by the end of the job my hands were feeling a bit itchy. I will use gloves (in the future) for any large areas....and probably not if just doing a spot cleaning. I will also spray my carpets and furniture to be sure I have nuked this latest problem. Funny, but both professional companies use this product and swear by it! I will now....always have some on standby! The smell seems strong in the beginning....sort of a heavy herbal pine....but certainly more preferred over a moldy stench!

works well, pleasant smell
This product was recommended to us by a mold and water damage expert. We bought it to de-mildew our cabin in the woods. It is a cloudy, whitish liquid. We sprayed three gallons for two days. We sprayed the log walls, painted walls, upholstered furniture, wooden furniture, kitchen cabinets, floors, a foosball table--it did not damage any of these surfaces (we did a little test first to make sure). The smell (lemon and thyme) is a bit overwhelming, but ordinarily one would not spray three entire gallons. I also came home with a pretty bad sinus condition from breathing so much of it--it's non-toxic, but I think I would have a reaction to 3 gallons of anything! Pleased with the results, and we now have an extra gallon for spots and small jobs.

Hospital grade and no harsh irritants
I found out about this stuff from work, where it is important to have a sterile environment and tools. I am extremely sensitive to harsh cleaning chemicals and feel very safe using this product. It smells clean but does not burn my eyes, lungs, or skin. It is hospital grade too! I realised after getting it that is is what they use in sensitive hospital spaces that need to be chemical free like NICU and maternity wards or oncology wards! I use it everywhere now because it is safer and more effective than anything else I have found.

We liked this product very much
We liked this product very much. The smell is a bit strong at first but mellows out to a nice fresh scent after a couple days. We used Shockwave and it is a great product also but requires a lot of personal protective equipment. This product can be applied without having to completely empty the room and is excellent for maintaining a protective barrier against mold. Benefect keeps the house smelling fresh and clean along with reassuring yourself that the mold will not return. Overall an excellent product.
