Adorable Rendition of the Three Little Pigs
My preschoolers adored this book! It has a great story line for predictions and retell. I will definitely be keeping this one in my classroom rotation.

Cute version of three little pigs
My daughter loves marine animals & is a big fan of the classic story. She loves this version & sings along with me when I read it. The ending is super cute as well!

A Cuter New Version of The Three Little Pigs!
My son is three and is just now getting into books, so I turned to Amazon and bought him a ton of books and this book is one of them. This is a new version of the three little pigs, but much cuter I think. My son loves this book and I knew it would be a hit. He loves fish and the underwater adventure in this book is precious. The wording/text is cute and my mother even read it to him one night and got a little giggle reading it. It was really cute and funny to us adults who have to read it. "Not by the skin of my finny fin fin!" Also, the shark doesn't scare my son. We both love this book and it is becoming one of his favorites and he asks me to read it to him more and more. I would definately recommend this book.

Adorable adaptation of 3 little pigs
My kids LOVE this book. When I was a preschool teacher, my students always enjoyed this 3 little pig adaptation and now my own kids pick it every night for their bedtime story time. They use seaweed crunchies and act the book out during lunch almost daily. Couldn’t be a cuter book!

Original with different animals
This is a good story. It is an exact copy of the original, just substituting the animals. My son likes fish and sharks so he loves it. Just know what you are getting here - it's not a refresh, just an animal swap.

Great for a classroom!
This is a fun, entertaining version of The Three Little Pigs. It is great for use in the classroom - it is short and relatively simple (so fits well into the whole group reading block) but lends itself to motivation as well as educational purposes. Even from the title, students will get the connection to the original story. This is motivating and really helps some students who may still be struggling with language and/or comprehension to understand the story. It is great for teaching story elements because knowledge of the other story gives struggling students scaffolding to understands characters, problem, and solution, but it also leads to higher-level thinking with a discussion about how changing the setting really changes the story. Its also great for using with a Venn diagram or other tool for comparing/contrasting as well as predictions both before and during reading. I often do it as a little unit together with the classic story and other versions such as The Three Little Tamales by Eric Kimmel and really talk about how the characters, problem, and solution are similar/the same, but the setting really changes the story and how.Anyway, this is a fun book both just to read and to really think about and use. Every year it ends up being one of my students' favorite books!

Different version of a classic
I finally purchased this book. We've checked it out at the library several times in the past few years. Both my boys enjoy this book, although my older son (5 years) isn't as entertained by it anymore. I'd say it's best for a child between 2 and 4. Very similar to the 3 Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf. I like the creativeness used for how they build their houses and enjoyed reading a different version of the classic. In the past, I have found it difficult to find entertaining children's books with fish as a main character - this book hits the spot.

Cute twist
This book was so much fun! My kids loved the big bad shark and acting this book out. They request it to be read at least once a week. Super cute pictures and fun twist on the 3 little pigs.
