So happy I found this gravy mix on Amazon. It goes so well with all kinds of beef dishes and, best of all, it reminds me of my childhood and mom’s cooking! Although pricey I will continue to purchase this and all the other German goodies.

Great on Schnitzel or Dumplings
This is my absolute favorite gravy. It is dark, thick, and delicious. The directions are in German, but I usually use two tablespoons per cup of boiling water. This is just like the brown gravy you get at a German restaurant. Amazing stuff!
