I keep this as well as my healing nail block, stashed in my purse. Squeeze the tube to dispense a small amount onto the nail bed of each finger. Then massage the conditioner into each of your nail beds. While you massage, gently push the skin back down with your thumb. Works as described. Feels very soothing on dry/split cuticles and has made a visible difference in a few days. Takes only a couple of minutes every evening to apply and massage in. I have been applying to bare nails for better result.
