No, this is a Scrypt Algorithm miner only. Bitcoin is Sha-256

Q: Is it possible to turn off the leds? the flashing is annoying...

I do not believe there is a way to turn off the LEDs. They are designed to be a good indicator of the health and activity level of the unit.

Q: with this being a scrypt miner , I can point it at any scrypt algo coins right ? or is set up for only litecoin ?

Works with all scrypt coins/pools. I tested Litecoin, Fluttercoin, Linx and Emerald on three pools. Works also fine on multi pools.

Q: Is this still mining at 3-5 MH?!

If you want to mine past 3 MH/s, you'll need an external powered USB HUB. You also need to proper cooling where you have an external fan if you plan on pushing it to 4 MH/s or greater.
