The first shipment of this item never arrived but the customer service reps were very helpful and were willing to give me a full refund or send me a replacement, which is what they did. I received the second shipment within a few business days, maybe 3, and it works exactly as intended. I have yet to use it in the car so I don't know how well that part works but I imagine it will work fine as well. You can tell the product is cheaply made but so far I haven't had a single issue with the quality of results. It charges up really quickly, within an hour or two, and keeps it's charge really well. I use my camera pretty frequently at gatherings which last all day long and am able to snap pictures throughout the day without needing a re-charge.

The 1st one did not work but they quickly replaced it.It was low cost and the replacement works so I would recommend it as a replacement battery charger.

I purchased this item after having lost my original Sony Cybershot Battery Charger. I didn't wanna pay the amount most places were asking and came across this aftermarket one, and I'm really happy I did. You can't go wrong with this item, it works perfectly, and the car charger is a HUGE bonus; I didn't think I would ever use it but it actually came in handy a few times when were on the road and we needed a quick charge.

It works as intended and it will do the trick if you lost the battery charger for your Sony Cybershot camera. Nothing to complain so far...

The ad says, "FOR SONY CYBERSHOT NP-BK1 BATTERY CHARGER DSC-S780 S750". This product does not charge the Sony NP-BK1 battery! I have two OEM Sony batteries and the charger will not charge either one! When I put the batteries in the camera, both charge up in about 5-6 hours, but I have to leave the camera attached to my PC via the built-in USB arm (not optimal).THIS IS DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING AND AMAZON SHOULD REMOVE THIS PRODUCT AND SELLER FROM ITS WEB SITE!BUT WAIT! IT GETS BETTER! I JUST RECEIVED THIS FROM THE SELLER!Dear XXXXXXXXXX,I do apologize for the inconvenience caused .Please confirm your device model and please put the battery in backwards and wiggle it.I have checked the battery versus the charger. I got the charger in earlier than expected. It seems to be a quality product for its price. I charges correctly in a decent time and the charge lasts what it's supposed to, even in my generic extra battery I have.But most importantly, the seller took his time to follow up with me and check if the item was received in a timely manner and if everything is OK with it.I'm very happy with the product, its price and most importanly to me the service. I'll recommend the seller in a heartbeat.~Jose

This charger is really cheap, It came with no instructions and it took us multiple inserts of the battery to see how it worked. Not reccommended.

This is exactly what I needed. I had tried a generic one available at several retail stores that did not work, so I thought my battery was bad as well. I purchased this along with a new (non sony) replacement battery, and this not only charged the new one, but my old one as well. Having the car charger is an extra bonus.
