UPDATE: company sent a warranty free replacement cover only to California- they sent 2 of the wrong size & they didn’t reply when I asked for a return mailing label ( to return the incorrect size covers that were sent) AND I had to pay forwarding shipping to Hawai’i for all three covers. The correct size was finally sent on the third time. Tried to return the entire Jumbo Plus dog bed after the difficulty on getting a replacement cover but my 11.5 year old 94 pound Golden mix dog LOVED that bed so much - she had an anxiety attack when I took the bed away LOLDon’t laugh but when the cover on the first bed I ordered failed I ordered a second identical bed with a different style cover AND now my beautiful b=fur ball likes to sleep half on one bed and half on the other….couldn’t return that one either & now I have two of the same Jumbo Plus cooling memory foam bed!! As long as my babygirl is happy 💕Original 3 star review that I have changed after finally getting customer service from FurHaven….I have been using there’s a couple weeks and the fleece top has been ‘shedding’ pieces of fleece since it came out of the box & it’s threadbare in a few places already after only two weeks. My dogs did not chew on it or dig at it.Just spoke with FurHaven customer, they suggested getting the fleece and suede cover instead. It holds up much better, and it does not have shedding issues.And they will warranty replace this cover with theThat one - if anyone else bought one and is having pilling/shedding issues with their cover .I contacted the company for an in warranty replacement of the dog bed cover . This was their response :“ Our company is unfortunately not currently able to honor our warranty for customers living outside the contiguous US at this time, our deepest apologies”If you live outside of the contiguous US… like in Hawai’i- Beware they will not ship replacement parts under warranty.Update: to date they have replaced the faulty, cover two times with an incorrect sized one. Both times I had to pay to forward it to Hawaii from California. Impossible customer service.

My GSD is 10 and this is her 3rd Furhaven bed in this style. Her first one had to be thrown out after she was sick and had an accident and the smell could not be removed, but it was still in great shape. She know has one in our living room and on in the bedroom. The covers are easy to remove and easy to wash. They are machine washable but I hand wash them and they wash and dry great. My girl loves them, they hold their shape very well. They are worth the money to keep your dog nice and cozy. My GSD is 95lbs ( I ordered an XL) and will curl up, spread out or sleep on her back on this bed. They are great quality and hold up well.

Glad i got it while on sale, otherwise I would have gotten a darker color but it's ok. I put a towel on top to help prevent staining too quickly.My senior dog is a chocolate lab and she is very happy in it The size is Jumbo and she fits perfectly .It arrived in a big box so it wasn't too mashed or air vacuumed just gently rolled up which is better ready to use.The only con. I expected the borders to be more sturdy instead is very soft as if it was filled with material that doesn't really fill up. But it's ok . I'm happy with my purchase.i recommend!

We bought the medium size for our 18 pound schnauzer beagle mix. He loves his beds one in his crate, and one in the living room. I got the cooling memory foam, and memory foam ones. Not the orthopedic egg crate one. I bought a little waterproof dog bed fitted sheet cover for if he throws up as he has a sensitive stomach and it happens sometimes. I have washrf the original cover and the bolsters but, that is a big pain, and if i kept doing it it would probably fall apart. The fitted waterproof sheet works perfect on it for us. He doesnt dig or chew on his bed despite getting this around 1 year old.

I bought this bed in the jumbo plus size to replace a similar bed (L-shaped bolsters) in the jumbo size from the same manufacturer. The bed is for my 75-lb boxer who likes to stretch out when he sleeps. The jumbo was way too small for him to sleep comfortably, though he did fit. The next size up, the jumbo plus, is almost comically big. The sizing of these beds is odd. There's a relatively small increase from the large to the jumbo and a giant increase from the jumbo to the jumbo plus (see photo). It'd be great if they could make a size in between, but my dog is comfortable so I'm not complaining. He is pretty picky about his beds and he loves this one.The color is not true to the picture. It's more of a dark gray than brown. It also had a weird, fishy smell when unboxed that was pretty strong but it has started to dissipate. I didn't see this mentioned in other reviews, so just a heads up. The smell didn't seem to bother my dog because laid right down on the bed. Took off one star because of the smell and color.

Serves its purpose I suppose, although I did put in a better orthopedic foam...But the cover seems to be holding up quite nicely! Paid way more for a different bed, and didn't last but a few days! So I used the foam with this cover...That eggcrate foam is useless!

My dogs LOVE this bed! It’s lasted and they are pretty ruff on things.. pun intended!My eldest dog loves it because it’s kind of like a tiny temperpedic! And the size fits both of them, a small red nose pit and a large chocolate lab!

Easy to watch. Colors great especially for a dog that sheds !

I bought one of these in medium for my puppy Labrador. She is a big biter and tried her best to destroy the top cushion portion of this bed right away, with no luck.But then she found the zipper on the side and ruined it pretty quickly. The cover on the bed is now almost completely unzipped, which makes it difficult to move around and tempts her daily to shred the remaining zipper even more. It’s a shame that the zipper section isn’t underneath the bed or has a protective strip over it to avoid this from happening.That said, she loves the bed and has some great sleeps on it.
