I ordered a different version that wasn't compatible to my deskphone, but I reached out to the seller and they assisted me with this version.Now its working well. So far no issues and happy with my purchase.

...but that's the point. I work in am IT department and I need to hear other people.

This product would be great if it cancelled any noise at all, or didn’t magnify noises behind you.

I ordered one of these. Mic didn't work. Thought I had gotten a bad product so I replaced it with another. The new one doesn't work either. I have tried using the handset jack on the phone AND the headset jack on the phone. I can hear just fine, but the mic never works, no matter what I do. I went to their website to contact someone for assistance and all of their phone numbers are OVERSEAS. Ridiculous. Can't even get anyone on the phone to figure out what I am doing wrong. Will be returning for a refund.

Headset is handsome and comfortable, but the person on the other end said my voice kept breaking up. I could hear them, but they couldn't hear me very well. Disappointing.

Initially it did not work using the headset port. Had to disconnect the handset and replace with this connection but not a big deal. Works fine. Phone rings, lift handset and set it down on the desk. Sound quality is good. Lightweight. Our office system is "Inter-tel" and this works fine with it.

Did not like how tight the headset was but it still is a great deal!

Fácil instalación y muy cómodo para el trabajo, ya no tengo a ir estar con el cuello doblado. Su sonido y micrófono es bueno.

Worked great with the phones we use at the office. There's no volume control on the unit, you need to adjust the sound from the attached desk phone.Was exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. Honestly it sounds better than any other wired headset we've tried for these phones (Mitel 6865i)

My husband needed this for work and he's pretty happy with it. The headset is a bit tight and stiff but better than holding the phone with his shoulder.

Works great for what I bought it for, which is an older phone system that uses a RJ9 plug for handsets and headsets. But this won't work with any iPhone built in the last 10 years and also did not come with any adapters.
