POOR AFTER SALES SUPPORT, GOOD PRODUCT
Good product HOWEVER BACKED BY VERY POOR SUPPORT (hence loses 2 stars). Godrej customer care will not install it despite needing non-std tools (eg. drill bit is higher than 6.5mm). Plus, the schematic will not help u figure out installation use case that u need - such as if u want inside door setup. If u hv a good understand Ing to figure out these nuances, as said, product is good.
