★★★★★I've been using this Prime Natural Black Seed Oil for about a couple months now, and I'm really impressed.I take a teaspoon every morning, and I also apply a few drops to my scalp a couple of times a week.Internally, I feel like my energy levels are more consistent and my digestion has improved. The taste is strong and peppery, as expected, but it's easy to get used to.The most noticeable difference for me has been with my hair.My scalp feels healthier, and I've noticed less shedding. NGL - It took a minute to get used to the taste, but after reading all of the benefits of black seed oil (Thymoquinone), I had to try it. Because I was planning to ingest the oil, I was looking for one that was organic, and this brand did not disappoint. This is probably my 4th or 5th re-order and I will keep ordering for as long as Amazon carries it. When I have allowed myself to run out of this oil, I notice that I experience much more bloating, brain fog, and joint pain. After about a week of reintroducing it, those issues began to subside quickly. Thus the reorders! At first, I dispensed the oil into a cup or onto a spoon, but I found that to be cumbersome. Now, I just take it straight from the bottle before bed: One pump into the mouth, swish it around (for my gums), then swallow it. I do find that it helps me sleep a little deeper. I hope this helps!

I like taking this oil I do it in the morning with my ginger shot and it keeps me energized all day long. I do start to feel better taking it constantly for a week, it’s worth the try. Not the best tasting thing but good benefits

So far no stomach upset, does have a taste but not to bad will update on its effects as I have only been using it a week.

I usually purchase another well-known brand at 40% less cost, but Consumer Labs had this brand as a "Top Pick," so I went with it. I don't know what the bearing on taste is, but this one has a much less potent taste than the other brands I have tried. So, I guess the jury is still out on this one!
