    Rosewill Gaming Computer Case

*by C***T on Reviewed in the United States on June 23, 2013*

This case is huge for a mid tower! I can remember back in the days of the old beige cases where literally the mid towers were only half the size of this one. Lots of fans and the sturdy metal case makes this a good choice for today's high powered CPUs and video cards. It does have a filter for the power supply. However, I took mine out because I'm afraid that I would forget about it and get clogged overheating the PSU. I always use compressed air to blow out the dust anyway. You do have to be careful with the side panels making sure the slots are lined up so that it slides in all the way. Otherwise, you could end up bending the tabs making things worse. The case is very sleek and well designed. Rosewill makes good products.

Warning if you have cats or dogs... Can reset/turn off tower.

*by S***D on Reviewed in the United States on June 2, 2015*

This case is good for the money but I do have a warning if you have pets. With the power and reset buttons on top, it's very easy for cats (or dogs that climb or jump) to accidentally hit one of these buttons. This case is HUGE so I don't see it fitting into a desk which means most people will probably have it on the floor or on top of the desk, which I knew ahead of time, but I just didn't think about how easy it is, for cats especially, to turn the darn thing off. If you're a frequent user of headphones, which I am, it's not even feasible to put something over the buttons to protect them because you'd also be blocking those front headphone inputs. It's kind of a pain. This was my first ever PC build from scratch and I can now add a Lesson Learned to the list: Always make sure the power/reset buttons are on the side of the case.As for the case itself, it's decent. All the front connections work fine. I don't have any USB 3.0 devices to test the capabilities of those connections, but they do recognize 2.0 devices so I'm just going to assume the 3.0 part is fine. As others have mentioned the fans will have to be upgraded if you need to run a hardcore cooling program, but they seem to keep my tower cool as they are.My only real gripe is that the side panels are the old school ones you slide on with pressure and they're pretty annoying. It's a pain to try to line up all the tabs to slide them on. It's really not that big of a deal if you're going to build your computer and basically leave it, but if you're a tinkerer and need to get in the tower for anything aside from maintenance, I'd honestly buy a different case.Below is my set up and it all fit easily without any problems or struggle. Also this case should have no problem running double GPUs. There's plenty of room in there.Motherboard - Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0Graphics Card - XFX Radeon R9 290X 4GB Double DissipationPower Supply - EVGA SuperNOVA 1000G2 1000W GoldCPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVOThis case is good for the money but I do have a warning if you have pets. Doesn't give full description of critical features

*by J***H on Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2013*

So the case comes in a great box, everything seems to be quick and easy to install and disassemble, but I found a few flaws which are causing consternation:a) the description says it supports micro-ATX, ATX and eATX mobos - well that's sort of true. I checked my mounting points on an existing mobo (transferring to this case because of it's supposedly superior airflow patterns) and of course all of them didn't line up with more than half blatantly missing (eATX mobo).b) it supposedly comes with 6 fans - which is does, but they don't tell you that they are 3 pin fans! Seriously - after making such a big deal about how well this thing manages airflow, how can it have fans that don't have basic PWM regulation? So buy this, then buy six replacement 4-pin fans too?c) PSU fit - again, trying to be too clever by half. The idea of drawing down air and using a filter for the PSU sounds good, but only in practice. Problem is most PSUs won't actually fit in this case as far as I can figure out (I've tried 3, only one of which kind of fit and it was janky). My verdict: spend the money on a better case and investigate the details. It never even occurred to me that something so highly regarded or well touted would have such crap components.
