Great notebook. Amazing for my classes, and the plastic pieces and great to keep it from marking through. It's a great option for the price, and dosent bend at all.

I just started a new lab job and sometimes need to leave my textbook on-site. Being able to rip out another copy of my notes and study at home is such a blessing. The lab culture is based off of hand written notes to keep track of what we're working on. Its a very different type of environment than what I'm used to and I find myself constantly writing to absorb more information. I literally have more strain from the writing than the pippeting, lol! Being able to review things at my leisure is incredibly, incredibly helpful. I can leave the book at work in case I forget and have my copies to review!
