I bought a size small and fits perfectly. I use these for a workout that typically contains running, plyometrics, and calisthenics successively. I prefer shorts w/out liners, so I usually remove the liner or wear shorts w/out liners and go w a cheap pair of tighty-whities underneath. So I bought this jockstrap to see what happens. As far as fit, Jockey could cut a cm of material from the apex of the poucch where the straps meet at the crotch. Otherwise this thing fits me perfectly. It reminds me of a perfectly fitting bandage that doesn't get roiled from activity. The back straps stay flat the whole time. Usually when I finish a workout I aim to get out of my clothes as quickly as possible, but with these it's been normal to chill for a bit with no irritation and feeling totally comfortable.
